Who's That Trip-Trappin' Over My Shop?

It is a question that deserves an answer.

But first, where have I been again?

As usual, university work has kept me away from felting and blogging, but it is the summer break, I handed in my final assignment for the year last Friday and I am now officially Half-Way Through my MA! I feel a great sense of achievement, but more importantly, of calm.

The newly discovered concept, "Free Time", has allowed me to branch out into other ventures, such as:

Laying a laminate floor in my soon-to-be-studio, and stripping off all that horrid textured wallpaper. That part was fun.

Watching the weather move across the valley on changeable mornings from the cosy vantage of the window at the top of my stairs.

And last but not least, running my first ever feltmaking morning workshop at Katie's. Amongst my super brilliant and incredibly talented students, the gentleman on the right is David of Middle Cottage Diary. The session went really well, and the combined efforts of six feltmakers on one table made an odd rumbling noise, causing questions in the shop below. (Thanks Katie for the photograph!)

So who was trip-trappin' over my shop (well, actually Katie's shop)? A hoard of feltmakers!
