Playing With Colour

It's been a bit grey and colourless here for the past few days. When we went to the countryside, it was a veritable riot of colour and light, and I felt inspired to really jazz up things back at home.

So I've been making again...



I had a go at making one of these here, and now that it has been tried and successfully tested, I have made some more. My test subject requested that I make the stem shorter, but keep the handy loop, so here are my new look for 2010 egg cosies.

  1. Wow looks like you miht have become obsessed with egg cosies! Great colours though. I am not sure I leave my eggs long enough to require a cosie but maybe I should slow down a bit when I eat!

  2. It's for when you have two eggs; cover one whilst you eat the other and it will keep warm. And also because they make breakfast look nice.
